Most of my threads here have been questions due to me being new to building my own PC. Over the years, I've gotten a good handle on it, but I still lack the more advanced technical knowledge. I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone can answer. To start, here are my specs:

CASE:

MOTHERBOARD:

CPU:

GPU:

MEMORY:

POWER:

COOLING:

Ok, so with that out of the way, my questions. First and foremost: cooling.
I recently upgraded my CPU from a 4770 to an 8770k. With that, I also added the liquid cooling Corsair H60, instead of a basic fan. My concern, is that my case is too tight and hot. With all of the recent modifications, it's definitely getting tight. The wires from the PSU are almost a rats nest in itself. I need a bigger case, plain and simple. But until I do that, I want to make this one work. My case has 2 I take fans on the front, over the HDD and SD, an exhaust fan on the top and my H60 is attached to the rear of the case. Should that fan be intake or exhaust?

Second, what about overclocking? I wanted to dabble in overclocking before, but with the 4770, it wasn't possible. Now that I have the 8770k, I can. Based on my specs, how should I go about this? I'm still running on a plebian 1080p 60fps. I haven't taken the plunge into 4k yet. I run all of my games perfectly right now, but I'm hoping that with overclocking, I can push the resolution up and still run at 60fps.

Lastly, dust management. Ever since upgrading and getting all of these fancy fans and such, I've had a severe dust issue. I try to blow it out when I can with a can of air, but how can I tone it down? While replacing my CPU and MoBo last weekend, I must have taken out a pound of it. What are some preventive measures I can take?

Thanks for the help!

I don't think I can fit anything bigger right now. The case has 4 other fans, so I'm hoping it will be ok. As for the PSU, I already have it and it wasn't nearly that expensive. No idea why it is now. I was just looking for a link to show it.
