[SOLVED] GTA 5 60 Fps or more? Need help ASAP

I am new to pc, need help for high fps in GTA 5.

My pc specs:
Intel Core i7 - 7700k
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050
8gb Ram

The fps went to as low as 9fps

what cooler is it?
check CPU/GPU temp and usage during games
HWinfo or MSI afterburner is a good tool

I use a Laptop, the temperature is moderate @vapour

I currently was messing around and seeing which one makes it better but nothing good, oh and sorry bout the rating I am new here

7700k is for desktop, 7700hq I guess?
Open Nvidia control panel, and see if it is using discrete gpu instead of igpu. Also make sure power setting is highest performance.
