So, my "current" computer is a 970 graphics, idk about the mobo, but the processor is a i7 6700, 8 gb ram, 850w power supply, 2tb hdd, and it had a small case given by the original manufacturer of my old computer. My mobo recently went out, with the processor and I was going to upgrade my computer. Was going to upgrade 970 to a asus 1070 ti, upgrade the case to a full tower, and I was recommended a 8600k i5 processor. Aside from that I was unsure what to get. I wanted to get a gigabyte mobo (was thinking gigabyte z370 aorus gaming 7) and I wanted to upgrade to 16/32 gb ram, but I was unsure if specific ram would make a difference (was thinking https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820236023 or possibly https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231969 for 32 gb ram, or https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820231892 for 16 gb ram. ) my power supply would stay the same, as i believe its more then enough (its a evga gold rated that I got 4-5 months ago.)
