So i've got the mentioned motherboard and when I enter BIOS there's no MSI logo in this, and when I look at people photos on the net, they always have that logo. Also there is no update tool in this, there is no way to OC CPU, cus it can't be set above the standard values.

So as on this picture, i don't have MSI sign, also this one on the settings button, no browser and utilities, there's no way to update this s***. In some program I can read that my mainboard was manufactured by MEDION - is this normal for MSI? I don't get it.

Brand American Megatrends Inc.
Version V1.12B22
Date 19.11.2013

Solution
What you have is an OEM board that MSI made for system builders like Medion.
You usually have no official support thru MSI who simply and rightfully expect the OEM to support it.

I believe all board manufacturers have OEM offerings on the market.
