Hi, I am totally losing it right now, I am a first time builder and first I will show my build

Asus ROG Strix H370 F Gaming
Gskill Trident Z 16GB
WD HDD
Seasonic Gold+ PSU
NZXT H500i

So that is my build and all was doing fine until I saw the control hub of the H500i I know that I bought the case because it looks cool but It confuses me so much, I was doing fine until I came to the Pin connectors.

My HD Audio Pin and the F panel pin that comes out of the Control Hub won't fit inside my motherboard. I am so scared when I was connecting it because it only goes half way and I am scared to apply pressure is that really where to put it or am I doing something wrong I provided pictures.

This is the control Hub that came with the case

This is the part I am going nuts for, Am I doing something wrong?.... They won't go all the way through..

Lastly where do these connect to my motherboard... I am so desperate

Solution
The f panel connector does not surprise me. I would guess the pinout is different. The NZXT manual seems to imply there is an extension with the individual connectors ... I would try that.

The HD Audio connector does surprise me because that is quite standard and you look like you have it in right ... can you get us a close up of that? Not easy to see in your picture.

Your last picture looks like fan headers. This would be for plugging in case fans. I assume it goes back to a hub or something.
