I recently went all out on a new computer and got an i9 9900k intel processor. I also got a ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero motherboard. The i9 9900k is an LGA 1151 and so is the socket on the mobo. When I tried to install the cpu, the socket was scraping the side of the cpu. Is this normal or is something wrong? Here is a picture. https://imgur.com/a/lXjFhiU
I didn't finish closing the socket amd it was scraping so I just stopped.
