The white lines on the field are not so good represented.
Some pixelfault or so? Or it can be the drivers?

Can somebody help me?

W10 should have the driver for the CPU, or show it as an update. The GPU driver you can get from AMD's driver site. The latest W10 64 driver version for Vega 56 is 18.12.1.1. You can right click on your desktop and open the AMD Adrenalin panel to verify what version you have.

144Hz Freesync doesn't tell me much about the display. I have no idea whether if it's a model prone to certain problems based on that.
I assume you mean the white chalk lines for boundaries and such, not the checkerboard effect between patches of light and dark grass, because the grass on many fields is supposed to look that way.

The chalk lines look fine to me, they aren't even demonstrating any noticeable aliasing (jaggies). They do look slightly blurred, but I'm thinking that was intentional to shown them as chalk textures.

In summary, it seems it's either nothing to worry about or you may have problems with your display and/or the video cable it's connected with. What display are you using?
