Hi,

My plan is to put a horizontal PC case to this hole:

So I'm looking for the horizontal PC case that will support:
- front intake 140mm fans (140mm is preferred but 120mm can be too) with dust filter
- back 140mm fan (140mm is preferred but 120mm can be too) for output hot air (with optional dust filter too)
- front optionally should have the possibility to add at least 280mm or longer radiator for water cooling.
- the case must be working in horizontal mode
- it could be nice if I have in front power button and some usb 3.0 ports.
- should fit into this hole and occupy as much space as possible
- should support micro-atx and mini atx
- should support normal atx power supply with length at least 180mm
- the case should have maximized height so I can put on my CPU high cooler

Any advices?

The nice thing about the SS Grandia (GD05 for example) is that they're only 440mm wide which leaves 55mm on each side. That's plenty. The GD05 also has 2x80mm fans (I know...) that blow air out the back so you're not solely relying on side-to-side air movement. As long as the hot air goes out the back like this, I don't think you're at risk for having side intakes.

Unfortunately the only way to get horizontal cases on newegg is to go to the "HTPC/Media Center Cases" or to select "____ Desktop"

I asked about the optical drive because omitting that could allow you to select a case with a blank/solid front panel which would be difficult to discern that it was intended to be used vertically. Still 160mm is tight, even for cases with...
I doubt you'll get a case with 140mm fans when your max case thickness is 160mm.
I doubt you'll have any problems finding an mATX case that's less than 550mm "tall"

Do you need an optical drive?

Have you looked at any mATX cases on newegg.com?

The Silverstone Grandia cases come to mind, but they don't meet your ambitious size requirements.

Silverstone Grandia has intake from side not from front which will be problematic in this furniture hole.
The optical drive in front panel is not required. It is nice to have.
I changed a little my answer so 140mm fans are preferred but 120mm can be too.

Do You know any filter on nowegg.com so it will be displaying only horizontal cases?

Still 160mm is tight, even for cases with 120mm fans since the controlling factor is these massive GPUs these days that are 130mm tall by themselves. That tells me you need something with a GPU that's perpendicular to the mobo. A case with a GPU riser cable. I'll keep looking.

Thermaltake Core G3 is another option. This more closely matches your current checklist.

Shameless plug - I had a similar issue and ended up making my own case (build log here)
