My PC won't send a signal to my monitor!!!

So I just built my first PC so I'm not exactly an expert but I can't get my PC to send a signal to the monitor. Here's what I've tried so far:

The monitor nor the cable is the problem because I've tested it out with other devices and it worked with no issues.

I tested the power going to the ports (USB, HDMI, etc.) by trying to hook up different devices to the ports and found out that they aren't working. I'm not sure why they aren't functioning, I think it could be that maybe my PC isn't getting enough power but I'm not sure.

I've tried the HDMI ports for the CPU and the GPU. I've tried taking out the GPU entirely when hooking it up to the CPU too.

I've tried disconnecting the stock fans to test if it just needed more power or something and it still hasn't worked.

I think everything is plugged in correctly.

It does turn on. My motherboard has some LED and so does my GPU and those lights turn on. My fans run too.

I'm 99.9% sure my parts are compatible.

Here's what's in the computer:

Intel - Core i5-9600K
CRYORIG H7 Tower Cooler
Asus - PRIME Z370-A II ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (4 x 4 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Seagate - Barracuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
MSI - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB GAMING X 4G Video Card
NZXT - S340 Elite (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case
EVGA - 500 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey thanks for answering. I'm not sure exactly what you mean. How do you update bios? I can't even get bios to show up on the monitor because it just isn't working with my PC.

Sorry for my novice-ness.
