This is my first time building a PC, and I need some help with recommending me some parts.
I'm on a budget, but I'm also trying to make my PC look good, so I chose these fans.

I also need a budget motherboard (which I would prefer to have a B450 chipset, to not deal with any BIOS issues) to go with the fans.
There would also be 6 fans, so please suggest what hub/splitters I should use if needed.
