Hello i have a Asrock B450m Pro 4 and an Ryzen 5 2600 Cpu. When i change the values in Bios for example 3.4 Ghz to 3.9 Ghz and 1.2 Volt to 1.35V nothing happens. After restart in Bios the stock settings still applied but its curios that on the right site of the stock settings are the OC Settings. So my mobo saves the OC Settings but doesnt apply them.

BTW: Bios Vers is 1.6

Has had anybody the same problems?

Solution
1.875v? That's way too high. VRM's/cpu are highly sensitive to the tinyest voltage adjustment, you can pretty much guarantee you will not see OC settings at that voltage, the cpu won't allow it regardless of what bios is set at.
Not a bad guide, useful info

At 3.6GHz, you should be closer to 1.35v ish

At 1.875v, can almost guarantee you also have VRM issues, especially temps.

Limit CPU voltage to 1.4v at best. Any higher may cause problems due to the motherboards smaller power delivery heatsinks and scaled-back chokes.

Airflow over the VRM is essential as heat is the main problem with overclocking the Asrock B450m Pro 4.
I don't have any thermal problems with vrms on my b450m pro4, what else could it be? my vcore is set at 1.875 the default vcore and it was running fine and passed all stress test at 3.6ghz
