Would i gain any more performance if i replaced my ryzen 2400g with a cpu with same speeds without intergrated grahics? Ive read somewhere that a cpu with intergrated graphics can hold back gpu performance. Im running a gtx 1060 3gb at the moment, but plan on uprading to a vega 56 in the future.

Solution

1060 with the 1600 would still give acceptable performance, and so would 2400G with Vega, but I would suggest going with CPU upgrade first because you generally want to avoid GPU getting bottlenecked in games, plus Battlefield multiplayer(if you play MP) is pretty demanding on the CPU too.

Playing Battlefield mainly, ide upgrade both in time. Its just a qustion of what first, would the 2400g bottleneck a vega 56 badly, or would my gtx 1060 3gb bottlenecking a 1600/2600 cpu be worse?

Depends on CPU, for 1600 no, but most probably yes for 2600. Check at MB's manufacurer's site. It's fairly easy to upgrade BIOS nowadays, just from BIOS itself.Place new BIOS file on USB and use built in feature. in BIOS. You have it all, step by step in the manual for MB.
