Hello
I am willing to buy a rx 590 with a ryzen 5 1600x, will it do any bottlenecks?
with 8gb 2400 and 1tb hdd sata 7200 rpm

No, you will be more than fine....though look to upgrading RAM to 16GB after that....

Actually, even more important, get a cheap 240GB SSD when you can as that will make a huge difference and you will notice the difference in how fast the PC responds and load times....They are so cheap now...
