If you want this to last a long time then dont get a 590. It is really not a very good GPU for the cost. I would drop to a 2600 over the 2700x and save a bunch of cash. Get a mobo that has wifi and you wont need the wifi card. The 2600 is like 5% slower than the 2700x in gaming and a better GPU will boost your fps by a lot more than 5%.
While the 970 EVO is a really good SSD, gaming does not see much of a performance boost from NVMe SSDs. I would go with a SATA SSD.
I also saw a EVGA G2 for a cheaper price.
Went with a VEGA 56 over the 590, but unless you have a freesync monitor, I would look at a 1080/2070. One you get past the 580, AMD GPUs are a little overpriced.
The H400 is a nice case, but I agree, it will lock you in if you want to upgrade later. I have the Define R6 and it is an awesome case. So I would go with it.
Also, stick with corsair over coolermaster for your AIO.
