Doesn't boot after OC

Hello,

Today i brought an 1080 for my setup. My setup is about 4 to 5 years old but i didnt wanted to buy a knew Cpu so i tried to overclock my Intel core i7 4770k. I Set CPU RATIO to 4.5 ghz and ring ratio to 4.2. Switched core voltage to 1.25 in override mode. After that i set ring voltage to 1.2 also in override mode. I set Sa voltage offset to 0.250 and switched everything to "+". IO digital/analgo voltage off set to 0.195. After that i disbaled Intel-C-State. I saved and restartet.... now im here pc starts. I cant get into bios anymore. Monitor only shoes error code 99 followed by 9c followed by A2.

My system: Motherbord Msi z87 mpower
Gpu: gigabyte windforce 780 ti tomorrow 1080
Cpu: i7 4770k
Sdd: Samsung
Hdd: i dont know
Cooling: Dark Rock Pro 3
Ram 12 gb Ram vengeance lp ddr3
Everything is powered by an bequit 600w gold.
Monitor: ROG swift pg278qr

The biggest problem is that i cant get back into bios. Someone help me please.

You can reset the BIOS manually.
Shutdown your computer.
Remove the power cord to make sure that your computer receives no power.
Make sure you're grounded. ...
Find the battery on your motherboard.
Remove it. ...
Hold the power button for 20 seconds or more.
Put the battery back in.
Power on your computer.

Ok now im getting into bios ty but and can boot my ssd manuelly. If i just start there is an booting error but i think i will get this fixed by myself. But i have another problem since i tried oc my pc makes a silent weird noice and still shoes an error code A0 or is it an error? on the led panel of the motherbord.
