Ordered wrong PSU- will it still work properly?

I recently ordered the parts to build a gaming rig.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/G4s7Hh

Somehow, I only ordered a 550watt PSU (the exact one in the parts list), instead of my intended 650. I've been itching to do this build, and don't feel like sending back the mistake if it wont make a difference.

Will that PSU work with the rest of the parts, or doesn't it have enough juice? PC Part Picker seems to think it'll only be a power draw of 279 watts, which is why I missed it before ordering.

I don't plan on overclocking the CPU or GPU, at least not right away. And if I do, will I have problems?

Thanks!

Solution
The 2070 gaming loads keep it under 200 watts and the 2600 is a 65 watt CPU. The G3 is a really good PSU, so it should be fine. If you overclock both and push the power consumption up, then it will get a little closer than I would prefer, but it should be fine.

The voltage wont matter as much as the power limit. Moving the power limit up to 120% will pull 20% more power from the wall. But you should still be fine as the 2070 stock runs about 180 watts. So another 20% will bring it closer to 220. Given the 2600 is only 65ish watts, you should still be fine.

But overclocking the 2600 will push it to 95 watts or more very quickly.

You need to remember that these are average loads. So lets say that with the GPU/CPU you are pulling 300 watts on average. You are going to have spikes. Sometimes it will push closer to 400watts on the 12 volt rail. So you GPU needs to be able to handle the spikes. The G3 is a good GPU and should be able to handle the spikes though.
