I have a storage area in the country and it is sorta near an AT & T antenna and I show 1 click on my Samsung G8 antenna using Verizon when I am there. I am looking at maybe a hotspot? and a camera and a solar panel and to power them so when someone stops to look it can let me know. Suggestions as to how I can make this work as I live 330 miles away. I am a senior so hopefully the solution is fairly straightforward and as inexpensive as possible. Thanks in advance for your help.

You have to find out whether there ATT towers provide good cellular reception. If they do, you need plenty of equipment onsite for remote video surveillance:
- Hotspot / cellular modem to provide piece of equipment with Internet access;
- Surveillance camera(s);
- NVR (Network Video Recorder) with remote access capabilities;
- Solar panel, battery and inverter powerful enough to support abovementioned equipment, for day or two
- Additional standalone equipment to monitor the solar / battery pack, and safely shutdown and restart other pieces when power is back.

As you can see - couple of hundred (or thousand) dollars, and plenty of free time to experiment.
