Hi, i was going to buy the sahara p35 case but it doesn't have front dust filters, does this matter a lot? or is there something i can buy to add them? or any other cases in that price range od 50-100

Hi, if you really like that case then get it.

There are tutorials on creating your own at home filters if you are comfortable enough to do so. Filters are there to prevent dust buildups.
Even if you were interested here is a $90 case on sale from $130. It comes with the front fan filter, & 7 fans.
