[SOLVED] How to check a motherboard if it wouldn't failure while gaming?

Hi all,

I have recently bought a refurbished
Foxconn G31MXP(Socket 775) motherboard,but I am afraid of installing games on my PC because I think that gaming could damage the mobo ,make it overheat or failure!

How do I test my mobo's health for gaming,but without stressing of it?

Please help me!

1. Gaming won't kill your motherboard.

2. You can't stress test a part without....stressing it.

Install your games and try it.
If it dies, it dies. (unlikely)
