[SOLVED] CPU cooler fans at high rpm

Hi guys,
I’ve just built a gaming pc, however my cpu coolers fans rpm is really high. Anyone know the reason why and how to fix it?

Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R RGB AIO CPU Cooler

Thats high considering CM only rates the fans for "650 ~ 2000 RPM (PWM) ± 10%"
You can try to contact CM directly to see what they say, but you might want to check which header they are plugged into, and check your temps.
