So I bought a MSI B360 gaming plus, corsair vengeance pro RBG 16 gig 2666 mhz ram and cooler master hyper 212 evo and I have a 970 msi dragon army graphics card, thermal take 500w power supply & it processor 1151 socket. I turn the PC on, the CPU light comes on for a second, then moves to the RAM light, stays on that for a few seconds, switches back to CPU and then shuts off, and comes back on. I have tried moving my Ram to different slots, taking out the battary and have no clue what's going on
