Hello all, been a while since I did PC upgrade and I think this may be final one for some time now.
I have been looking local internet shops so as had some consultation with bit more experienced PC builders to give me general direction so I can fit in my budget.

Below is setup I have currently chosen and I would like a fresh view from someone, I almost have my budget capped almost bit of overkill in price range, so I am looking maybe I can reduce it a bit. (Original budget was MAX 1000 euros, currently it is 984, but delivery is not free, I am usually budget gamer :))

Rig will be used for gaming mostly, I do some basic 3D modelling, blender, unity, lightroom, but that is really rare cases, some streaming/video editing (with usb audio interface)
I do not plan major overclocking, maybe a bit, but I dont want to stress system much as I plan it lasting some time now.

So parts:
CPU - Intel Core i5-8600K, 3.60GHz, Box (266 euro)
Video - Gainward GeForce GTX 1060, 6GB (dual fan)(247 euro)
MB - Msi Z370-A PRO (102 euro)
HDD - Toshiba P300 HDD 3.5'', 2TB(57 euro)
SSD - Adata SU900 SSD 256GB(43 euro)
PSU - XFX Core TS 650W (64 euro)
RAM - G.Skill RipjawsV DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz CL15 (129 euro)
CPU cooler - Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120 (46 euro)
Case - Natec TITAN 660 PLUS (29 euro)

What do any of you think, does it look it should be together ? Any suggestions ?
Maybe something is overkill/bottleneck?

Previous setup was:
8gb ram
Gforce 650ti
I54950 3.30 Ghz

I'd go Ryzen 2600, gaming will be good, the extra threads will be beneficial in your streaming/video editing and the cost is much less. This also allows you to get a much better GPU.

I added prices of components
I am located in Eastern Europe
Streaming and video editing is rare thing I do, same with any 3d modelling
video card was one thing I was thinking about upgrading bit more 1070 locally costs about 100 euro more and I am already breaking my budget, I am not hardcore gamer after all

Seems you are hot hard gaming or hard productivity :)

Originally I want to downgrade to 8400 since you don’t plan to do heavy overclocking. 2600 with some overclocking can match 8400 but with doubled threads. It is better for productivity.
I will get Ryzen 2600/2600X, B450 MB to replace your cpu/MB/cooler and get a better ssd and case. Samsung evo or crucial MX500 is best sata ssd.

My previous(current) setup was ok for my productivity, so this is just gaming upgrade so as to run some newer games (witcher, kingdom come, maybe new elder scrolls when it comes out, some fps or strategy)
8400 seems like 30 euro lower about same price there seems to be AMD Ryzen 7 1800x
2600x seems like 50 euros lower, same price as Ryzen 7 1700x

Never really supported AMD before, but maybe time has come.

MX500 seems about same price as Adata one, maybe few euro more

That motherboard should be fine. I currently run an MSI Tomahawk B450 and that's been a pretty decent board so far. I'm not sure about that case though, I've never heard of that brand.

Yea, strange brand for case, they seems to be also called Genesis or Genesis Zone, one person I know had their case and we was satisfied, so I tried as well, different model though.

About 1070 other versions were about 50 or 60 euros more locally, so had to go with Inno3d originally I had looked at gainward version, but its sold out sadly now.

Already ordered, will take some time for all parts to come :)
