[SOLVED] What should I do to my PC when games have frame drops after a few hours of playing and load very slow?

My PC (GTX 1070, i5 6600k, and 16GB RAM) has frame drops and input delay after a few hours of playing. Also games take a long time to load up and editing videos are almost impossible. I have all my games on a HDD and it has 10 GB's left on it. Is there anything I should upgrade to make my games load faster, and my PC overall?

UPDATE: I searched up some things and i'm going to buy a new SSD and install my OS onto that along with my games.

Solution
Make sure it's not a temp issue. Heat can build up over time if you have bad airflow or especially lots of dust buildup. Also, HDDs need regular defragging and it's recommended you leave 15% of their actual capacity free of files for proper operation and defragging.

The only thing most games benefit from being installed on an SSD is how fast they load. Once you're in game there's usually no performance boost. The exception being a very small percentage of games that stream textures inefficiently.
