Okay ever since i updated my computer and shutdown afterwards when i was done for the night of gaming i got back one to find that every game i try to play is maxed to 20-29 fps but in a loadout screen its shoots up to 170+fps on my gtx1070 laptop i tried running a game with task manager up and it says the load was at 99% yet the gpu temp was 40°c which was normal for a laptop. I got so frustrated i factory reset my laptop and redownloaded siege the game i play took hours and still the same results. Wish i never factory it because now i cant recover nack to an existing windows update prior which was working fine. Any ideas? Please help this is so frustrating about to throw the while thing away but i soent 2300.00 on a 1 year now old machine
