Msi gaming 970 PCIE slot wattage?

The standard for a PCIe slot is 75W. While it is possible the slot could provide more, I would not count on it. There is no doubt some tolerance built into the motherboard's traces, but I would not "push" it by overclocking a graphics card that has no PCIe power cable but just gets under the 75W maximum, like a GTX1050Ti.
