I'm getting PC with this spec:
- Intel core i5 2500
- Gigabyte h61m ds2
- 8GB ddr3 RAM
- 320GB seagate HDD
- Seasonic s12ii evo 450 watt PSU
- No DVD drive, no graphic card, no pci, no wifi

Edit: Monitor is 19 inch LED
Is a 600va UPS from prolink, ICA, APC enough for giving me just a few minutes to shutdown?

Solution
VA is the power (reactive and real that the supply can deliver) so yes, that can easily power your system, as for capacity? no way to know, we need to know the battery capacity.

That system should not draw more than 200W even after power losses, so for 6 minutes that is .1(200) or 20wH or so for the battery capacity.

That cpu is a ~95W chip, The RAM is the second largest power sink, that power supply is fairly efficient, with no GPU other power heavy components I cannot see the system power consumption passing 160W, which then leaves 40W for inefficiencies due to the power supply and UPS. I suppose 225VA for a non pure sine-wave inverter is possible due to the poorer quality power, but at most, that might mean 5 minutes instead of six.

Here is some more information

My bad it is not 300ish watts.
So it is 200ish watts + 30watts from monitor (the adapter says 30watts)
What is the different here in load wattage vs recommended wattage?
