Is my motherboard good enough?

Hello everyone,

My motherboard is MSI B450M BAZOOKA PLUS. As you can see, it has a 4+2 VRM configuration.

How solid is this motherboard for overclocking? I know that higher VRM count is *usually* better. I got this mobo for the B450 chipset. I'm currently running my Ryzen 3 1200 @3.5GHz @1.32V. I can push up to 3.9GHz @1.375V.

Is this mobo strong enough to handle the future gen Ryzen with stronger overclocking? Or, should I switch and get X370/X470 mobo?

How long life span should I expect if I continue running the processor at the max overclock (3.9GHz @1.375V)?

Solution
That motherboard is fine for overclocking.

Its difficult to comment on lifespan when it come to an overclocked CPU as its very much down to the "Silicon Lottery".

If you got a good chip you could run it 24/7 and it not fail for years. On the other hand it could stop working tomorrow.
