Space bar not working,please could somebody help

So ,I recently got a corsair k65 factory refurbished off scan uk, I unboxed it ,everything seemed fine until I started to use the space, the key seems unresponsive,sometimes it presses,sometimes not,the keyboard I had prior had no issues with the space bar ,I've tried removing the keycaps and still very intermittent, it has cherry MX speed,please could somebody advise,it would really help,thanks
