Might have bricked my pc

Basically I did the stupid thing of not thinking ahead and prepping for my almost complete pc upgrade.

The problem components:
ROG STRIX Z390-E
I5 8900k

Upgrading from:
Windows 7 ssd with pre installed windows that I've used since 2017

I5 4960k

Problem you may be wondering?

I completely forgot about what the latest generation of processors and motherboards apparently do to pre installed windows..

Pretty much (not sure how) my windows is now acting like no drivers exist for anything so lan drivers, USB drivers, gpu drivers etc etc

My razer mouse and keyboard work in the bios

I can manage to get my ssd on the bios (weirdly my computer always boots to bios regardless and I have to manually click my ssd to boot windows everytime)

My hdd doesn't show and neither does my USB flash drive

Now here's my problem, as much as I hate it I don't mind saying [censored] it and going to Windows 10 but I don't know how to get all of my ssd files into my hdd, to my knowledge when you have that new pc like effect load up you manually have to add another drive disk for it to be visible. I can't right click to do so since no mouse. The only thing I can do is use the old keyboard with the circle peripheral to tab navigate around.

I tried to put my old pc back together since most of it is intact but weirdly the USB periphals didn't work on that either and Idk why, going to try again later today when my new cpu cooler arrives because it should be way easier to install than that heap of [censored] cooler Master one that everyone uses ( [censored] me the brackets to attach it to back plate is suicidal inducing without another to hold one side)

In the event I can't get my old pc to function properly and both drives to show up on there what are my alternatives?

Everything is enabled in bios to allow multiple drives and USB but seemingly there are no old school USB drivers active on windows 7 when using 8th gen processor/lga 1151 mobo which is what is [censored] me up. How can I get the bios to read the flash drive? Doesn't appear on boot sequence even tho it's formatted as a os installer.

you need to perform a fresh install with new hardware what you are trying as you can see won't work. create a win10 media installer and install. you may lose files as you have already tried to get it to repair itself on new PC which is why it isn't working on old one I'm assuming, maybe somebody with more win10 experience can help with this particular situation
