Hey people,
I am on a mid-budget so I made a specs for a gaming PC
i7 9700K, gtx 1080/rtx 2070, 16gb ddr4@3200mhz, something like a 850W gold psu, 280-360mm liquid cooling... Whatever... As the i7 9700k really rocks I gaming, I have a problem with choosing a motherboard... I am left with the budget of A GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS PRO or a Z370 GAMING 5... Have been using a GIGABYTE H61MS1 (haha... Poor shit) with a pentium, it's a huge upgrade for me... I prefer GIGABYTE over any other brand, so I really want to buy a Z390 Aorus PRO.. I want to know about its performance in overclocking a 9700K...
I am on a budget of like I INR 130,000 which is $1835 in US DOLLARS... but due to the high cost in my country of electrics, I can buy what you can buy with $1300...Plz don't reccomend anything bigger than a Aorus pro.. I can't even thing of Aorus Ultra/Master..

The Z390 Aorus Pro will do the job as they have upped there game with a very good VRM and power dilevery for the CPU on this line up of motherboards. This motherboard has a 12+1 Phase setup with good cooling as well...Should be no issues to max out the 9700K providing you have a good CPU and of course good cooling...

I would not go the Z370 Gaming 5 route as it would be going backwards and the Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro has also been reviewed well...good all round Z390 motherboard..

Thanks vMax.... But unfortunately I decided to wait till the next gen Intel... As they announced about increasing the IPC and using 10nm... BTW, how do you guys reply.... I mean tagging the answer and replying to it in this website...
Is this only available for administrative kinda thing...

No problems at all and to be honest I think that's a good idea as the new Sunny cove looks really good especially with a completely new architecture and 3 d stacking, so IPC might be a big improvement...Between Ryzen 3000 and Sunny Cove 2019 is going to be a good year...
