I am currently looking for a programme like "Impero" or "SentryPC" that allows me to look at other computer screens through my monitor in a different location. I would also like the programme to be able to block certain websites for employees to not go onto non-work related websites. Any help would be appreciated and could it be possible for answers with multiple software's to be able to compare them? Thank you.

Teamviewer, LogMeIn (One is non-commercial Use/Paid Subscription; Other is Subscription based), Ultraviewer (Free, but NO encryption) are just some of the tools you can use, although you would have to deploy the agents to the machines to be able to view the screen.

For blocking sites you should definitely go with a content filter, which is either usually tied to your Firewall or as an extra piece of hardware/software, depending on what you get.

You can also go with OpenDNS, which is free, and gives you the ability to block inappropriate sites. You would have to either manually add the OpenDNS Addresses to each machine, or distribute them automatically through your DHCP server/router.
