Today i built a new system because the motherboard in my old system died, here is a link to what is in it https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4VhPHh. As far as i know i installed everything correctly and wired it all correctly, all of the fans are working properly and they show up in the bios. I applied the thermal compound and secured the cooler that came with the cpu according to its instruction. I have no idea what could be causing such high temps

yes its the stock cooler, and when i removed it the paste was smushed

What are you using to read temps? Sometimes apps can report incorrectly. Go into BIOS and check CPU temp there. The CPU temp will actually read a bit higher while in BIOS as opposed to idle in Windows, but it should not be anywhere near 90-105c.
