So I've posted on here before when getting a new processor and a new graphics card and both times I received very knowledgeable, intelligent answers that were also easy enough for a computer novice like myself to understand. Now however, I have a more general question. I want to get a better overall performance while gaming on my PC, but I'm not sure what part or parts need to be upgraded to accomplish this. More specifically, I want higher FPS on higher graphics settings. So here's a run-down of my PC:

The PC itself: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FZNMJM8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It came with one of these and a slot for a second, so I bought another one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008KSHQBU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The processor I bought: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CPLGGXM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My graphics card: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M4KGTNI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

All of this together provides a really decent gaming experience. I get 60fps in overwatch, rainbow6, cs:go, etc, but only on the lowest graphics. When I play games like Rust, Squad, or even Kerbal Space Program if my ship is really huge, I get FPS drops and stutters. I just want to boost that FPS enough that it's more stable in these games. I'm also starting to get into streaming but at the moment I get huge lag when I stream most of my games. I'm excited to hear what you all have to say about this. (Please and thank you in advance)

EDIT: Just wanted to mention that the links provided are the exact links I purchased the items from, not just googling the item and finding a close-enough.

Solution
Well, it depends on your location and your budget, but you need a more modern CPU. That is an old and not very good CPU. The problem is you will need a whole new platform upgrade to get a modern CPU. You will see a much bigger impact in performance by getting a better CPU than GPU in you case.

This would be a solid choice for several years to come. You could shave another $60 by getting a 2200g, but the 2600 will have more longevity.

As you were told above you will need a total system upgrade because the CPU is very old and can't keep up with the modern titles, and your GPU is not so good as well...
I will suggest you go with AMD so you can get the best price to performance PC:

For the case, you can use that one you already have.

Or you can get a pre-built like before
