[SOLVED] 2 SSDs, but one not showing up!

Hey all,

I'm new to Windows OS and still quite confused with this. On my computer, I have a Samsung SSD 970 EVO 250GB and Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB.

On 'This Computer', it only shows the Samsung SSD 970 EVO 250GB (which I have my OS to). So I followed the instructions on this website (https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/ssd-not-showing-up.html), going to Disk Management, finding my 'Disk 1' which is the 1TB SSD that is labelled as "Unknown, 1TB, Not initialized, Unallocated' -- so I initialized the disk and partitioned it as GPT (GUID Partition Table).

Then the 'Disk 1' is gone. So I'm unsure how to find it or what to do.

On Device Manager > Disk drives -- it recognises both of my SSDs.

Any help is appreciated and advance thanks to all!

Hi mate,

I think that's similar to what I have done, basing on other websites. Could you please confirm if this is it?

So it basically added itself as 'Microsoft Storage Space Device' instead of using the Samsung SSD 960 EVO 1TB Instead?

Could you please confirm? As I've always thought these are just plug and play.
