I wanted to format my pc but somehow it doesn't bootup my USB drive, i have tried like 4 usb and other harddisk but i am not getting anywhere...it just show me those weird 'dots' continue

some specs,
motherboard : asus m5a78l-m usb3
ssd : 1x 120gb 1x 240 Kingston
gpu : gtx 1050 ti
ram : 16GB
power supply : 450 vs corsair
