Best cpu for my Motherboard

Hello. im looking into getting a new cpu for my computer so i can stream but am unsure what the best one is that i can get that will still fit.

I currently have a i5 7400 3.00 ghz 4 cores cpu.

The 7400 is in a lower frequency then the 7700 and the 7700 have HT while the 7400 don't have, and this is the best CPU you can get for this mobo

Not sure what HT is but thank you for the feedback,
Im thinking of upgrading my motherboard now so I can Atleast get a Cpu with 6 or more cores, do you know what my best option would be?

I would recommend going Ryzen because that is cheap and good comper to Intel's offerings:

Ok say if i had a i9 9900k 3.6ghz coffee lake. Whats the cheapest motherboard I can get that will run that cpu?
Because I understand that only certain boards can run that cpu and some that come up are pretty cheap which makes me think that it wouldn't be able to run a cpu like that and I don't want to buy the wrong thing again! Sorry for the bombardment of questions!

But I don't recommend it, it has bad VRMs bad controller, and just bad for the 9900K, the Asus one is the best budget mobo for the 9900K from my perspective.
