I have an ASUS ZE550KL. 3GB ram model. Everything was great until I started getting blue screen and random restarting of phone. I used android recovery menu to factory reset my phone. Once the phone boot up the phone was laggy and I found out that the phone is showing only 897MB of ram as full capacity(in use and free).

Previously about 900MB would always be free(before this issue). The phone is really laggy.
I need a new phone but until I buy a phone I need this to work.

Solution

that's why i recommended to try another version of android on it to see if is some ,kind of software problem

although i would also look into seeing if asus has a downloadable copy of the factory firmware on the website and use that to load a fresh copy of the firmware on the phone instead of using the factory reset again
