Ryzen 5 2600 temps on new build

I just built a new PC... first one ever. I put in a Ryzen 5 2600 with the stock cooler. While gaming, specifically while playing BF5, my CPU temp sits at 75 degrees. It never goes above that temp, and sometimes drops to as low as 70.

I know similar questions have been asked multiple times as to whether or not it is "OK" for those kinds of temps, but mine is more specific: If I choose not to breakdown my pc and put in new cooler (I really don't like handling the parts unless absolutely necessary), will my CPU be hurt over time? I know AMD says 95 degrees is the max, but I want to be sure that lower yet still high temps are acceptable.

Solution
those temps are fine for the stock cooler and will not hurt your CPU one bit. what you might want to do is change the fan curve profile in bios and increase the fan speed on your case fans.

I had the same problem, however after switching cooler and still having same 75-85c temps, I tried several different Temp apps and they were all at 29-35c. It didn't make sense that I would be so high on new build with 5 fans and completely opened up case. Even noticed that ufei was showing the cooler temps. I don't think some of the apps can read the AMD multi core cpu.
