Old Rig:
bequiet 550W Dark Power Pro 10 PSU
i5 6600k
z170 pro gaming
gtx 1060 6gb
2x8 DDR4 3200 RAM
2TB HDD / 250 GB SSD

New components:
Asrock Z370 Extreme4
i7 8700k

problem:
(native german speaker so expect some grammatical incorrections or typos)

With the new components my pc tries to start, shuts down, restarts again (1-2 times) and stays on but not doing anything.
ATM:
Only my mainboard with PSU (4x and 8x Pins for CPU and ATX/PSE Pins connected), 1x8 Gig Ram and CPU is running. Monitor is setup via HDMI onboard.
The RGB's from MB are working, but no beep or LED.

I tried alot but too much to write it down here.

Incase you are german and want to read more here my post in a german forum:

Solution
Clear enough. Pins look ok. Try reinstalling the CPU, CPU cooler, removing the CMOS battery for a minute, connecting the 24 and 8 pin power cables and starting the board. If same restarts, I'd RMA both board and CPU, assuming that the power supply does work.
I would also try testing a different CPU cooler, to rule it out.
