I have a Asus p5kpl-am epu motherboard and it does not bootup. No beeps but the fans are spinning. I tried removing my videocard, hdd, switched ram positions and still does not bootup. also tried removing cmos battery for hours then placed it back, still not booting up.
Please help me, im trying to upgrade my setup with a xeon processor

4gb ram ddr2 (2x2gb)
sapphire radeon hd 6570
600W psu
