hi
my motherboard is: MSI 990fxa-GD80-(AMD Type)
and other important parts;
CPU: fx 8350
Ram: 4*4gig DDR3 1600mhz
VGA: 2* R9-270X-OC

I have uninstalled my previous OS-(Windows 7-64bit) and replaced with windows 10 pro
but it seems even my hole system is not a weak system but yet OS doesn't work as fast as before, although theoretically, it should be faster!

1- one of my concerns is around specific new motherboard drivers for Windows 10 which seems there are only 2 - (Ethernet LAN Driver and Realtek audio HD driver for win10) and other main drivers are still for windows 7. so could this be a problem?

2- are there any specific changes I could make in my motherboards bios setting to get even better performance on windows 10 OS?

Solution
Four DIMMs usually run at 1333 by default on an FX CPU. Double check your RAM speed if you think it should be 1600.

Windows 10 / Windows 7 is not specifically a performance increase because of Win 10.
