[SOLVED] how to fix transistor on a i7 6700k?

so i have been noticed that the i7 6700k runs bad and somehow it have only 2 cores and 4 threads instead of 4 cores and 8 threads! i have notices too that 2 of the transistors is missing! i have an i5 6500, can i remove transistors from it and put it on the i7? pls i really need help!

Absolutely not unless you want a completely dead CPU.

I recommend you post pictures to illustrate your point because I doubt if the CPU is missing anything it would be running at all.
