I had a 2yr old HP LAPTOP 15 1209WM with a bad HDD. So I put a Samsung SSD in it with OS already on it. Well now I get a screen stating no boot device found, please install an OS on HDD. Hard disk (3F0)

But nothing works can't get Post , Bios, Diagnostics, or anything else other than that screen. Please help me figure it out cause this is a gift cause money is tight this yearn Thanks for any replies!
