[SOLVED] Looking to build a streaming/gaming pc

Hello all!
I am very new to pc’s. I’ve used a very old laptop for game captures and things like that, what I really want to do is build a pc for gaming and streaming. Something I’ve wanted to try for a very long time. So I would need something capable of running 2 screens and game play if that’s even a thing. I’ve done some research on Intel and amd(or msi I think) and I’m not really picky on what brand to go with. I have a budget of around 1000-1200$. I do not have any monitors, key boards, mouse or anything like that. It would also need to be WiFi compatibility.
I am in the us, not picky on websites to buy from either. Any help would be fantastic!
I am very naive on computer parts and terminology, so I do apologize if I have a lot of questions down the road. I really want to understand and learn this hence why I want to build instead of buy a pre built computer.
Thank you and I hope you have a great day!

An i3 processor is not recommended for playing triple A titles and certainly not streaming at the same:

First of all, what games are you going to play on this pc? Also how big of monitors would you like and which resolution? And what keyboard and mouse would you like? (mechanical, basic, gaming) after you determine this then I can see how much of your budget is left and pick some parts that might work for you.

I’m looking to play cs:go, fortnite, pubG, call of duty, games like these, maybe more down the road, kind of want to try out Skyrim. I would like to be able to play at 1080p60fps at all possible. I don’t want hulking size, but a smaller/medium sized monitor would be great. As to key board and mouse I’ve never really used any other than the standard ones that come with a dell computer so I do not have those answers.

Ok so here is a system that I think would be good for you:

Monitors - 2 Acer KA220HQ bi 22" $150

Case - (It is really up to you what you prefer but for now i will say a 100$ case just to be safe

CPU - Intel Core i3-8100 $120

GPU - XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition $190

Motherboard - ASUS Intel 8th Gen DDR4 Prime H310M-E $67

Fans - Depends on your case and I will put 80$ towards the fans $80

PSU - EVGA Supernova 850 G3 $115

HDD - WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM $50

SSD - Samsung 860 EVO 500GB $71

Keyboard and mouse - Gaming pair from most brands (depends on what you like) $80

Ram - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 $130

CPU Cooling - Hyper 212 EVO $30

Total - $1,183 USD

Note: I DO NOT recommend buying MSI, ASROCK or Seagate products because I work at a computer store and those brands usually die very quickly and don't have very good warranties either also if you live near Canada Computers I do not recommend going there because I bought my pc there and bought and extended warranty on the Motherboard and the GPU and within 5 months the gpu and the motherboard died so I took it back and they said they would not warranty it even though it was in warranty so I took it to the manufacturer and they did a warranty on the gpu but not the motherboard.

I picked this build that has two Freesync monitors proprietary to AMD based graphics cards. Freesync technology will allow your frames to sync with the refresh rate of your gaming monitor, resulting in a smoother game-play experience. You'll need the 8 core 16 thread processor to play games and stream at the same time.

Would the amd Ryzen 7 2700x work too? I see that it’s about 50$ more than the Ryzen 7 2700. Or is that just over spending for something that is not necessary. Also what about hard drive? I do not see a hard drive listed for the AMD build. Is that something that is not required for this build?

Thank you guys for your responses I do appreciate it greatly!
