Mic jack-plug too small for laptop jack

i had bought a 3.2 mm jack mic but my desktop supports 3.5 mm jack how can i solve it

As far as I know there's no such thing as a 3.2mm audio jack or jack-plug --- if mic plug is too small to fit your computer's mic jack then it's probably a 2.5mm jack-plug. You can convert it to a 3.5mm jack-plug using a simple sleeve adapter like this:
