PLEASE HELP

I will PayPal someone $5 if their solution fixes my problem. I just want a clean clear 720 30 frames or better.

I am relatively new when it comes to PCs and gaming and all that good stuff but I’ve been trying to stream for years. I built my own pc years ago with a friend and tried streaming and it sucked. I finally decided I was going to upgrade a little so I could stream and it still sucks and is laggy at basically any settings.

My game is usually fine and running at around 145 fps on csgo while streaming but the stream is still laggy for viewers

I’ve tried StreamLabs and Obs

All drivers are updated

Here is my pc and internet specs:

Processor: Ryzen 7 2700x

Graphics card: PNY 1050 2gb (upgrading soon)

Motherboard: Asus b450 gaming

Ram 16gb 3000 (2x800)

124gb SSD

2TB Hardrive

CX750

INTERNET

10-15 ping ms

80-90 download mbps

10 mbps upload

Thank you and god bless if you can save my sanity.

Solution
In this screen change the first setting ,process priority to high.
Put the CPUpreset to the least demanding (ultrafast) or just use nvenc from the next pic this will use your GPU to do the work

And in this settings limit the bandwith to the lowest possible that will still work, some platforms limit you anyway to 3000kbit or something, look it up for the platform you use,if you use a higher bitrate then what your platform can handle then don't even mess with the previous things only lower the bandwith.
Also even though your ISP tells you you have 10mbps upload and even if you have 10mbps when running a speedtest to your isp this speed is only valid between you and your ISP you have t odouble check what...
