My Specs
Ryzen 5 2600
GigaByte GTX 1060
Viper 2x8 DDR4 RAM
550 PSU
1TB HardDrive

I built my first Ryzen pc a couple weeks ago and it was working fine till one day i came home to a pc that doesnt post. I did OC my GPU and it didnt crash once so i sticked with it. Ive tried Resetting CMOS and my ram sticks are in the correct spots A2 & B2. Whenever i power on my pc the CPU LED on EZ Debug turns on but it turns off a few seconds after. I heard the B350 Mobo takes time to boot but this isnt my first boot. Im a complete beginner can someone please help me out before i go and probaly waste money to get it checked out.

Solution
The computer worked fine for a couple weeks. The CPU must be all the way in (besides, you would know right away if it wasn't when trying to install the cooler). With a CPU properly installed, there is no way to bend the pins (unless you have been removing and reinstalling it). No, I suspect this is a failure of the PSU or the MB.
The EZ Debug lights should come on and then go out (all 4 of them) ... this is normal. If one comes on and stays on, then POST has failed. Do you have the HD LED hooked up? Do you see that LED blinking 20 seconds (ish) after turning on the computer? If so, then your computer has POSTed and is trying to boot. If the monitor is blank, then it might be the GPU.

By HD LED do you mean the HDD LED for the front panel headers?

No there are no LED blinking for 20 secs (ish). the only led i see that turns on is the CPU led then turns off after but the Dram,VGA,Boot dont light up.

Ok ... that was my next question ... As you suspected, the MB is clearly failing to POST. Why? I would first lean toward the power supply.

Have you tried to boot the computer with only the CPU, cooler, and 1 stick of RAM (GPU, hard drives, CD ROM, etc removed)? We test this way so we have the least number of possible components that might be causing a fault. The expectation is that the VGA LED will come on and stay on.

No i havent tried the Cpu, cooler, and 1 stick of ram should i try it now?
and is it possible that i might need to get a better PS?

Try it when you have a chance. Do make sure your PSU is unplugged or switched off. Don't do anything your not comfortable with (I recall a post of someone who didn't know how to detach a GPU and ended up pulling the slot off the MB)..

550 Watts should be enough for your system, assuming it is working properly. Clearly something isn't working and it is on the list of possibilities.

i have time rn im gonna see if anything happens. Do you have any guess with what might be wrong? cause i only have a warranty on the GPU and RAM

There is nothing obvious. Enigmatic problems like these are always the hardest to diagnose. I lean toward the PSU only because super weird issue often end up being PSU issues. Then again, it might just be a MB failure. Hard to say unless you are able test each part individually.

Yea i removed everything except the CPU, CPU Cooler, and only 1 stick of ram but there is no led for VGA
Im still getting no post.
Should i check to see if my cpu is in all the way or if any pins are bent?
