HI so my headphones are about a month old and I've never dropped them, however, i dropped them today from about a give or take 60cm drop from my desk to the wooden floor and now they aren't picking up audio. the lights aren't even turning on. i've tried the 3.5mm jack they come with as well and still no luck at all.
I can't have broken them in one drop surely.... there's not even any physical markings or anything! it still looks perfectly fine!
