Cooler suggestions for i7 2700k

Hello. I have an Evercool HPQ-12025 75.13 CFM CPU Cooler on a Intel i7 2700k 3.5 GHz at stock and Asus P8Z68 Deluxe Motherboard. The reason for that cooler is that it was a rushed replacement of my H100. Atm I have 40-45C on idle and 65-70C while gaming (can probably get 70C+ sometimes, and I'm not even running max settings due to my gpu temps). I'll be getting AS5 soon for both but in case that doesn't work, I want to buy a proper cooler this time and I also want some light OC on the 2700k. Probably @4.2-4.3GHz. I don't want to push too far because I'm one of those ppl who takes a long long time to upgrade stuff. This setup is from 2012 (2014 for the evercool cooler). My budget is not really high so I can't go for stuff like h100i and above. And honestly, I don't think I need that much for a light OC. And before anyone recommends, the shop I'm looking to buy from, does not have CM 212 of any type, or Cryorig or be Quiet or Noctua available. That said, I'm looking for an AIO solution, since the air ones don't look good.
Here is a list of options that fits my budget (from cheapest to most expensive):
Corsair H60 Hydro Series 120mm CW-9060036-WW
Corsair Hydro Series Quiet Edition H55 CW-9060010-WW
Gamemax Iceberg 240-Black
Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing Red 140 All in One CL-W150-PL14RE-A
CoolerMaster Pro 140 MLY-D14M-A22MB-R1
Deepcool Captain 240EX DP-GS-H12L-CT240EX
Corsair Hydro Series H80i V2 120mm - CW-9060024-WW

Should I splurge on H80i or H60 should suffice? or one of the others mentioned above?
Or should I stick with Evercool and buy 1(or 2 for push/pull) good static pressure fan(s) for it?

P.S.: I have Corsair Carbide 500R and Corsair Vengeance memory sticks.
P.S.2: Noise is not really a problem for me because I'll be using a headphone all the time. Plus I have a stading fan next to me because it's really hot in here where I live so.

Thanks

Brazil. And honestly I don't want to spend too much since I'm also saving for a gpu upgrade but if really worth it I'd spend around 135-ish usd (converted). The list is from a webstore I bought things from in the past and has some good prices when compared to others. My aim though is to get 4.2-4.3(maybe 4.4 if possible) on 2700k. And since I don't even know if I can get the chance to OC because where I live is really hot, specially summer, I don't think spending more than that will get me any good improvement. Do you think any 240 aio will be better than known brands like Corsair's?

With that mentioned, you're good as is, adding an AIO doesn't give you lower temps. If you think I'm not right, you can read through the watercooling sticky in my sig space.

I'm only saying to get the larger radiators since you have them in the shortlist. If I knew you were concerned about expenses, I'd have said you're wasting money. The H80i isn't that good either.

Should I then buy a new fan for the cooler? cuz the one I have is the one that came with the radiator. Would a good static pressure fan cool better than the stock? Or should I just leave as it is and just try to fix with AS5?
