[SOLVED] Weird idle temp hickups in R5 2600X

Hello all. I recently purchased a new PC, and I'm a bit concerned about idle temps of my CPU (Ryzen R5 2600x). When I'm on the BIOS the idle temp easily stays at 41 degrees celsius, but when I boot up the PC, the temps constantly range from 41 to 55. It goes up by one degree every second until it reaches 55 or 56, then it jumps straight back down to 41 and starts over again, is this normal? should I be concerned? As far as cooling goes, everything seems in order, I manually set the fans to different values and I always get the same results.

I've noticed that if I use Windows' power saver energy plan my CPU temp stays at 41, but switch back to Balanced and they inmediately go again to cycling through 41 to 55 degrees.

So all in all, should I be concerned or is there nothing to be worried about here? Thanks in advance :)

For the record, I've been looking up other threads related to R5 2600x temp hickups, and still haven't found anything too closely related to my issue, I've already disabled background aplications (This is a freshly installed and updated version of Windows 10, with only Steam downloading some games on the background, which I already closed down and still no difference whatsoever. I also tried disabling my antivirus and it made no difference, the only thing that does make a difference is the energy plan).

Solution
If your cooler is stock, than everything is okay. Idle temps are discutibile, under full load that is what really matters. Cycling through 41 to 55 is happening because your cpu is OC himself(PB2)
